This is a pic of an ADMA student team doing a paid gig last week for the African Green Revolution Forum at the Kigali Convention Center.

THIS is our learning model in action...

Many of the leaders on this team first got their taste for liveswitching about a year ago in the ADMA equipment room. They did their first full setup, from start to finish, with a proof of concept classroom liveswitch record in the ADMA lab.

A few months later, with some ADMA staff initial planning/pre-production, they did their own student-led independent livestreaming gig for a local church's week long summit, with some supervision from a former ADMA graduate.

Then, in July of this year, they oversaw all aspects top-to-bottom of a student led liveswitch project for the annual Ubumuntu Arts Festival at the Gisozi Memorial Amphitheatre. All producing, switching, cameras, EVERYTHING was student led.

This all leads up to last week, a completely independent paid job with the support of ADMA gear to help them out. The student led production team also hired former ADMA graduates as additional camera operators.
